Access Due Diligence

Sign the mNDA

Once Step 1 is complete and the onboarding form is submitted, the person designated as the Legal Contact for NDAs in the form will receive an email with the mNDA from Ironclad. Please check the spam folder for the email if you don't see it in the inbox. For any questions, reach out to partnersales@array.com.

Once you submit the executed mNDA, you will be able to access our due diligence packet.

Review due diligence documents

The person designated as the Due Diligence contact in the onboarding form in Step 1 will receive an email with a link from Box to download the due diligence packet for review. Access to the packet will be provided only to the specified contact. Please check the spam folder for the email if you don't see it in the inbox.

Please note that the Legal Contact for NDAs will need to sign the mNDA before the Due Diligence contact can get access to download these documents.
